Return Policy & Guarantees

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Customers are responsible for both the initial and return shipping charges if the item is returned, merchandise must be received in original packaging and condition, all returns should be approved by sales representative to issue valid RA# (return authorization).

For items that were damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full credit onto your store account. All other returns will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be within 10 days of package receipt date. Return & Exchange Instructions

Step #1: Call your sales representative for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

To ensure that your return is processed according to your instructions, please call our customer service department at (212) 502-0025, contact your sales representative or email us at returns@nesnyc.com. For a return authorization number (RA#), and/or provide exchange information. This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Step #2: Packaging and Labels

Please be sure to include the return authorization number that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package (make sure that the RA # is bold and visible, and return it to us within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned to: Ideal Retail, Attn: Returns Processing,

Step #3: Care and Shipping.

Because the safe return of your package is as important to us as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package via any reputable shipper of your choice and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived at: Ideal Retail warehouse.

Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by our receiving dept. All jewelry and accessories will be inspected by our staff prior to the refund being processed.

Shipping

All of our orders are fulfilled and delivered through the United Parcels Service. We calculate the price of shipping and handling depending on your chosen method of delivery, the cost will be calculated into your final invoice. We do offer the ability for you to use your own reputable courier service for delivery if you so choose.
